Anyone can use the public pier of Himeji Port.

Exemptions / reductions

Vessels eligible for exemption.
- i) Legally exempted vessels such as vessels engaged in maritime safety and rescue. (Article 44-2 (1) of he Port and Harbor Act)
- ii) Vessels with a gross ton of less than 700 tons.
- iii) Vessels in which marine accidents or other special reasons are found.
Vessels that enter the port more than once in a day are exempt from the port entry fee for the second and subsequent entries, and vessels that enter the port more than 10 times in a month are exempt from the port entry fee for the 11th and subsequent entries.
